The Talent Set is excited to be working with a lovely charity who are looking for a Virtual Fundraising Lead to join their team for an initial 3 month period.
In this role you will drive the success of digital fundraising challenges by leading project planning, resource allocation, and execution. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and create engaging content to inspire supporters and maximise fundraising outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee virtual fundraising challenges from inception to completion.
- Track key performance indicators and proactively address any deviations.
- Formulate and implement stewardship plans to maximize supporter engagement and donations.
- Support community moderation efforts on social media platforms.
- Create and manage content to foster a supportive and engaging community.
- Design and implement supporter thank-you strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and budget utilisation.
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to attract and engage supporters.
- Create compelling marketing materials and content.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance to optimise campaigns.
Person Specification
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in digital fundraising and marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
What's on offer:
This role is offering a day rate of £121.44 daily pay + £15.11 daily holiday pay (£136.55 per day PAYE total) for 5 days a week, This is an initial 3 month contract, starting as soon as possible. This is a flexible role worked remotely or London based. This is a fast moving role and applications will close as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
