Senior Trusts Fundraiser

The Talent Set are excited to be partnering with a wonderful children's charity who are seeking a new Senior Trusts Fundraiser to join their team. In this role you’ll work within their dedicated Trusts and Foundations team, contributing to a crucial £3m annual target. Your primary responsibility will be securing funding through well-researched and compelling applications to trusts and foundations, while maintaining excellent relationships with existing donors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research new funding opportunities.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential grant applications.
• Create high-quality funding applications and reports that meet funder expectations.
• Engage with donors through phone calls and meetings to strengthen relationships.
• Handle administrative tasks like data management, tracking, and donor stewardship.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in securing funds from trusts and foundations.
• Strong research and writing skills to develop successful applications.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and managing donor data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
