Senior New Business Manager

The Talent Set are excited to partner with a National Children’s Charity to recruit a Senior New Business Manager, leading on Partnership Development for one of the sector’s highest performing Corporate teams.

Leading a team of 3, the successful candidate will:

• Proactively lead and manage the development of new business proposals at a 5-7 figure level in collaboration with colleagues across the charity to maximise income, support and awareness.
• Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure effective delivery of corporate partnership objectives and financial targets.
• Develop and lead a business development plan to achieve personal and team income targets.

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Tangible experience of securing significant corporate partnerships at a 6-7 figure level.
• A deep understanding of the corporate fundraising sector and raising funds and awareness from a broad range of partnerships
• Experience of driving a multi-faceted New Business fundraising strategy within the charity sector.
• Experience of line managing within a target-driven environment.
