New Business Manager

We are excited to be partnering once again with The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. They are seeking a proactive and driven individual with a passion for securing high-value partnerships to join their dynamic Corporate Partnerships team as a New Business Manager. You will play a pivotal role in supporting groundbreaking cancer treatment and research.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Identify and qualify new prospects, developing a robust pipeline of opportunities to secure multi-year partnerships.
• Create compelling and bespoke funding propositions, working closely with internal teams to engage potential partners.
• Deliver excellent stewardship of prospects, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition to the Partnership Management team.
• Work with various departments to maximise partnership value and success.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in securing new business and managing the full sales cycle, including onboarding new partnerships.
• Strong track record of meeting income targets and budget management.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to handle complex stakeholder interactions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally Raiser’s Edge.
