Job description

The Talent Set are delighted to be working with a fantastic children’s charity to find their Individual Giving Officer.

The charity offers a flexible working environment, with either remote, or hybrid working from their London office.

 

You’ll support the development of communications across multiple channels. You’ll deepen audience understanding of the challenges that young people face. You’ll manage projects end to end. Using insight, you’ll deliver compelling campaigns. You’ll encourage audiences to give their time, money, and voice.

Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Contribute towards culture of collaboration, innovation, testing and rapid response; helping to unlock opportunities to engage audiences that will drive impact.

·       Project manage the end to end delivery of multi-channel national campaigns - including briefing, supplier management and development of direct mail, digital & email campaign assets.

·       Support the development of audience data selection and reporting to drive desired behaviours; assisting with the creation of highly personalised journeys and testing plans to motivate and inspire audiences to take action.

·       Support the development of high quality, powerful campaign creative and offers that elevate youth voice and are rooted in our brand and storytelling approach, to motivate and inspire audiences to take action.

·       Help to increase action, income & impact within the national supporter base through an approach which prioritises long-term relationships and great supporter experiences over short-term transactions.

·       Project management and delivery.

·       Written and digital communication skills.

·       People and collaboration skills.

·       Creative development skills.

·       Knowledge of direct mail and email marketing.

·       Stakeholder management.
