Job description

The Talent Set are working with a well established health charity who are seeking their next Digital Marketing Officer. This is a chance to join a team at a pioneering organisation driving transformative change through its impactful work and research. This role offers an opportunity to take charge of their digital channels and bring creativity and innovation to their marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create compelling digital content for their website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns. From promoting key events to increasing fundraising efforts, your work will shape our online presence.
  • Optimise digital platforms to boost traffic and engagement. You will focus on improving user experience, ensuring the website is SEO-optimised and delivering accurate analytics.
  • Take ownership of social media accounts, creating dynamic campaigns that enhance our brand visibility and engagement with a wide audience.
  • Regularly assess the performance of digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Person Specification:

  •  A proven track record in managing digital campaigns, ideally with experience in fundraising or charity sectors. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, SEO, and social media management is essential.
  • You’ll need a creative flair and a strategic mindset to produce content that resonates with our supporters and stakeholders.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools will be crucial.
  • You’ll have the ability to analyse performance metrics and adapt strategies to enhance results.
