As the Challenge Events Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of challenge events. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling campaigns that engage and motivate participants while ensuring all events meet health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, marketing, and execution of challenge events, ensuring strong participant engagement and delivering against a fundraising target of £300,000.
  • Develop new and existing relationships with supporters, providing them with a seamless and inspiring experience from registration to post-event.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging fundraising propositions and identify new event opportunities.
  • Ensure that all events are managed within budget, with accurate reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Work with hospital partners and external stakeholders to expand the events programme and drive income growth.

  • Knowledge of the charity sector, fundraising best practices, and GDPR compliance.
  • A flexible, can-do attitude with a passion for making a difference.
