Fundraising Manager – Grants and Trusts

Flexible hours 14 – 21 per week

Hybrid/Remote working

Circa £41,100 FTE based on a 35 hour week

Pro rata £16,440 14 hours, £24,660 21 hours.

We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to manage, deliver, and develop a successful grant funding pipeline and applications. The purpose of the role is achieve financial targets aligned with the charity’s strategic plan.

This is a great opportunity to join a small, successful team. We offer flexibility on working hours during the week, hybrid/remote working and high degree of autonomy. 

The Ryan Neuro Therapy Centre supports people with neurological conditions by delivering physiotherapy and other therapies to benefit their health and welfare in a caring, friendly, and supportive environment. We are a small self-funded charity in Coulsdon, reliant entirely on fundraising and donations to provide the income needed each year to run the Centre. The organisation took on charitable status in 1995 supporting people living with Multiple Sclerosis. In 2023, we expanded our provision to support other neurological conditions. The Charity has 18 members of staff (all part-time), 15 volunteers and over 100 members with neurological conditions.

The Fundraising Manager is a key member of our small dedicated team, the role generates more than a third of our income needs and is key to the success of the charity.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate :

A proven ability to identify and develop new grant funding opportunities.

Experience of writing and submitting successful grant funding applications.

Ability to write clear and compelling grant applications.

Attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines and under own initiative.

Excellent MS Office skills: Word; Excel; PowerPoint and SharePoint.
