Integration Developer
We are seeking a developer to join our team supporting Tearfund's frontline work. This role will be focussing on integration. Experience of data integration, Microsoft Azure and Javascript is beneficial but we are most interested in your understanding of data structures, programming skills and ability to pick up new technologies.
You will be joining Tearfund at a busy and exciting time as we develop and deploy new systems in our hybrid architecture, comprising a mixture of bespoke in-house and SaaS systems. The development team is made up of 13 developers, with three covering integration.
Your activities will include working with members of IT and project teams to define and build the best possible integration solutions to meet Tearfund's needs, including:
- financial management
- grant and partner management
- logistics and procurement
- user management

Hybrid working: This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from the Teddington Tearfund office and from your home as agreed upon with your line manager, with a minimum requirement of 2-3 days per month in our Teddington office. Flexible working arrangements will be considered.
The recruitment process will include specific checks related to safeguarding. In addition, personal identification information will be submitted against a Watchlist database to check against criminal convictions as a counter-terror measure.
