Chief of Staff - Core Operations Group

Are you strategic  with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment? 

We're seeking a Chief of Staff who will provide operational and strategic support to our Chief Operating Officer. You will manage diverse and evolving cross-functional projects which will include strategic planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a self-starter who can work in both a face-to-face and virtual context
• possesses strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excels at managing unpredicatable workloads. 
• Demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from a designated Tearfund office and from your home by agreement with the line manager
