Are you experienced in stewardship, supporter experience and journeys with a background in charity or customer experience in a commercial environment? Reporting to the Journeys & Stewardship Manager you will be a key member of a busy and thriving Supporter Experience, Data and Insight Team, overseeing engagement activities and collaborating with teams across fundraising and beyond. Key responsibilities
• Assist the Stewardship and Journeys Manager in developing, implementing, and managing strategic, audience-centric journeys and experience, across Fundraising and other departments, ensuring best practice.
• Support and recommend improvements for stewardship activities, maintaining quality and consistency, always looking to deepen engagement.
• Help lead innovation with ‘Test & Learn’ plans to enhance impact and results.
• Develop a deeper understanding of our audience segments, adopting a data and insight driven approach to audience experience, utilising research, models, and surveys to improve audience experience.
• Opportunities to take the lead on some interesting audience experience projects.
