Retail Shop Managers

St Oswald’s Hospice are seeking passionate Retail Shop Managers to join our team and help support our hospice services across the North East. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a great organisation and make a real impact on people's lives! 

We operate 25 charity shops across the North East area from Sunderland to Morpeth, with all proceeds supporting our essential services. Our shops are at the heart of their communities, offering a welcoming environment for shoppers and donors alike. You will create an outstanding shopping experience for our generous local supporters.

We have the following full time positions available working 37.5 hours per week;

• Shop Managers - you will be based at one of our shops in the North East, locations to be discussed at interview.
• Retail Support Managers - a mobile position travelling between our shops supporting our teams wherever they need you. 

 A very generous holiday allowance and unlike many other retailers, you won’t have to work over the Christmas/New Year period, Easter or Bank Holidays. 

Hours to be worked between Monday to Saturday
