Counsellor LGBTQ+ Young People

You will have experience of delivering individual and group therapeutic/counselling interventions in-person and identify under the broad umbrella of LGBTQ+ yourself (Spectra operates as a peer led model). You will have a strong understanding of the mental health support needs of LGBTQ+ young people and be confident in engaging with young people in a supportive, affirmative, and non-judgemental way.

You will support the service with high quality, consistent delivery to young people with our partners at P3. You will be part of a wider team of counsellors at Spectra who deliver across different client groups, in a supportive environment.
