People Data and Systems Manager

Working closely with the Head of People Operations and Management Team within the People and Culture Team, to develop an appropriate management information dashboard and framework, to support workforce planning and provide data for both internal and external purposes.

The postholder will also review the functionality and further develop  the Southbank Centre’s HR Systems, Intelli (linked to Cintra Payroll), LMS (Easy LMS and Kalidus) and JobTrain Applicant Tracking System)  to ensure they are fit for purpose, developed to meet emerging business needs or replaces with more suitable systems.  This will involve acting as the liaison lead for Southbank Centre for relevant software system suppliers
