The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Technology Systems Analyst to help us achieve real impact by optimising our use of the cloud systems and platforms we have within our technolgy estate at the RSA.

This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.

 

About You

What we look for in a successful Technology Systems Analyst candidate:

  • Knowledge of how a workplace runs that is built on diverse range of platforms.
  • Experience of managing the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with external Business Systems Providers.
  • Experience of leading Technology projects from its inception to implementation.
  • Excellent organisational skills; ability to plan, multi-task, prioritise concurrent project requirements, and work on own initiative to deadlines.
