Are you looking to develop your career in events production? We are looking for a talented Junior Events Producer to work in our busy events team at a historic venue in central London.

RSA Events bring the world’s most exciting and diverse public thinkers and innovators to global audiences. The team creates a dynamic annual programme of keynote lectures, talks and festivals hosted in London and livestreamed across the globe.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Junior Events Producer to help us achieve real impact by providing robust, timely and effective coordination, promotion and project management for the annual RSA Events Programme and actively supporting the delivery of all events.

This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.

 

About You

What we look for in a successful Junior Events Producer candidate:

  • Proven experience of project managing events and projects which involve the co-ordination of complex logistics, multi-tasking and prioritising workload across a number of concurrent projects.
  • Experienced in events booking, website and database administration systems.
  • Culturally curious with lively and wide-ranging interests across current affairs, events and ideas, and the research themes and aims of the RSA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
