Job description
About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior New Business Manager to help lead our Corporate Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing and developing high-value partnerships with leading national companies and brands, ensuring these relationships provide sustainable income and align with our organisation's values and strategic goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the growth of our corporate partnerships portfolio, leveraging our brand's potential, and unlocking new opportunities for collaboration and revenue generation.
Come and be part of the leading Armed Forces charity, making a difference to the lives of those who have served to keep us safe and protect our way of life.
As the Senior New Business Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships to craft and implement a forward-thinking new business strategy. You will oversee a dedicated team, providing them with the guidance, development, and support needed to achieve ambitious targets. Your expertise in prospecting, negotiating, and securing substantial corporate partnerships will be key to your success, as will your ability to cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in the corporate sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in corporate fundraising or a commercial environment. If you are motivated by the challenge of securing impactful partnerships and have the skills to lead a high-performing team, we invite you to apply and help us make a meaningful difference.
Here at RBL, we aim to support our people and their wellbeing, with a package including generous paid holiday allowance and pension scheme contributions, and a range of optional benefits and discounts.
You will be contracted to our London Hub, Haig House. Under our Future Working framework, there will be some flexibility for working remotely/at home, using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues, but with a minimum expectation of two days/week connecting directly face-to-face with colleagues at the hub.
For more detailed information about the role, please see our Vacancy Information Pack attached to our direct advert.
RBL is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive organisation, reflecting the diversity of the armed forces community and of wider society. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and personal characteristics.
We may close this vacancy early if we believe we have enough strong applications to be able to successfully fill the role(s). Interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
