Philanthropy Manager - Major Gifts
Salary: £36,000-£38,000 per year
35 hours per week
Hybrid, 1-2 days per week at RNIB's headquarters in Kings Cross, London

We're seeking an experienced philanthropy manager to take the lead on developing long-term support from philanthropists and high net worth individuals. In this crucial post, you'll build relationships to help create a world without barriers for blind and partially sighted people.
This role will suit someone with very strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills, who is confident reaching out to donors and prospective donors and bringing the sparkle to stewardship. You'll enjoy meeting people in person and will thrive on developing creative approaches to drive income. If you can spot opportunities and collaborate across the RNIB to make things happen, this role is for you.
