Job Title: Celebrity & Influencer Manager

Location: London/Hybrid
Salary: £42,444 per annum
Contract type: Full-time, Fixed term (until end of October 2025)

Hours: 37.5

We are seeking an exceptional Celebrity and Influencer manager (Maternity Cover). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a small, high achieving team at one of the UK’s leading charities. Never before has domestic abuse been so well profiled and recognised – and never before have so many high profile people reached out to support our work. We want to continue to harness this amazing good will and in so doing work with high profile individuals to reach more women who experience abuse.

We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrable experience of managing, stewarding, and recruiting high profile talent to a very high standard. They must be adept at nurturing relationships at all levels - including senior stakeholders and multiple internal teams, alongside our high-profile supporters and their representatives. Excellent project management and prioritisation skills are a must. 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced self starter to join Refuge at a crucial and exciting time, as we have lots of high-profile opportunities planned in for 2025.

Please note that this post is restricted to women due to the nature of the role. The Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.

As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota. An enhanced DBS will also be required for the successful applicant.
