Advocacy Service Manager (MAT Cover 1 year) £37-40k dependent on experience Hybrid- Minimum 3 days a week in the office  

The Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre (South London) is looking for a skilled, passionate and professional Advocacy Manager.   

As Advocacy Manager (MAT Cover 1 year) for the charity, you will lead the ISVA and Casework department, overseeing its service delivery and ensuring high-quality support for survivors of sexual violence who are thinking about engaging with the criminal justice system, or who are going through the process. You will provide excellent management support for our team of Deputy Managers, ISVAs, Caseworkers and our Advocacy Operations Administrator, and be responsible for recruitment, induction, and training into the department.  

Responsible to the Director of Programmes you will be a key member of the management team at RASASC, working alongside our other frontline survivor services and our training and prevention department.  

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of people management and supporting survivors of sexual violence, with an ability to think creatively about service development and evaluation.
