Communications and Policy Officer

ROTA is seeking an experienced Communications and Policy Officer to lead our communications and policy efforts, helping to shape race equality and human rights discourse in the UK. This role involves translating research and insights into engaging content, developing impactful policy statements, and strengthening ROTA’s presence across media and policymaking spaces.

You will lead our social media strategy, craft compelling policy responses, and foster key stakeholder relationships to drive systemic change. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK policy structures, experience in research communication, and the ability to present data creatively. Excellent writing, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy skills are essential.
