Job Title: Data Administrator
Location: Head Office - London Borough of Tower Hamlets
Salary: £13,044.78
Hours: Hours: 16 hours PW – Thursday and Fridays
Contract: 6-month contract with the possibility of extension
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Data Administrator to work directly with the Performance & Compliance Team on a range of projects including resident satisfaction, compliance with regulatory requirements (including building safety, consumer standards, and data protection), the analysis and reporting of key performance data, and to support PRHA’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategies.
The day-to-day work will involve liaising with a wide range of service and department managers and staff. You will be working within a small team that provides support to all departments within PRHA, with a focus on analysing data and providing the required reports for internal and external stakeholders (including to PRHA’s SLT and Board, and to our Commissioners). It will involve some data inputting as well as the review and analysis of data.
Who we’re looking for
- Have experience working with Excel and a good understanding of its use to analyse data and to produce charts and tables for inclusion within reports.
- Have experience with CRM databases, including the running of reports and export of data. Preferably this would be in Salesforce, PRHA’s chosen CRM.
- Be able to work independently to meet deadlines and to organise own work-load effectively.
- Be able to liaise effectively with staff from other departments.
- Be able to manage and organize information so that it is accessible to others within the organisation.
- Have High level of skills in a range of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint.
