Are you experienced at delivering health or social care at a high quality to adults with complex needs and learning disabilities?

Are you a natural leader?  Do you motivate others?  Inspire them?

The Service Manager role offers a first step into a management career for those with great experience within housing and social care.  We are supporting a fabulous organisation as they grow in Hertfordshire. 

We would like to hear from you if you are looking for a role where you can finish each day knowing that you’ve made a real difference in people’s lives, and can bring to that role experience of:

  • Managing a residential scheme from a practical logistical perspective
  • Being experienced in working with agencies and local authorities
  • Most importantly, experience of working with adults with learning difficulties

 

Successful candidates will be placed onto a management programme and also offered the  opportunity to complete recognised qualifications. Extensive training is provided, meaning that you feel fully equipped for this next stage in your career.
