Project Worker (Children's Service)

Prospectus are delighted to be working with a national charity that focuses its work on supporting young people in their search for a Project Worker to support their children's services.  This charity has the mission to help young people feel happier, more hopeful about life and that they have somewhere they belong.

This is a role offered on a permanent contract, full-time basis, based in Birmingham. The salary for the role is between £31,512 - £38,339.

As the Project Worker, you will provide support to children, young people and their families in accordance with the aims and objectives of the service which is in partnership with NHS Birmingham and Solihull.

To be successful, you will have demonstrable experience of working with children, young people and families. You will have experience applying safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures and promoting the welfare of children. You will have the ability to write case notes and construct reports.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with young people and internal stakeholders. You will have strong IT literacy skills. You will enjoy working as a part of a team and have the ability to supervise others.
