Head of Corporate Partnerships and Business Development

The Head of Corporate Partnerships and Business Development will be an entrepreneurial leader responsible for driving new business, nurturing corporate partnerships, and supporting the development of commercial products.

Carers Trust is a UK infrastructure charity dedicated to transforming the lives of unpaid carers through its partnership with a national network of local carer organisations. This is an exciting time to join this thriving organisation, which is investing in fundraising and has a strategic plan to ensure:

• Every carer has access to a high-quality local carer organisation
• No carer is pushed into poverty or financially disadvantaged by their caring role
• All carers, regardless of circumstances or age, can enjoy a fulfilling role alongside their caring responsibilities.

This permanent role offers a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. It is office-based with flexibility for remote work. Carers Trust has an office in London, SE1.

As the Head of Corporate Partnerships and Business Development, you will develop and implement a credible business development plan to secure six-figure, sustainable partnerships that deliver both restricted and unrestricted income. You will work alongside the Senior Leadership Team on cross-charity initiatives, providing creativity and drive.

We seek a creative, ambitious, and commercially-minded specialist in corporate partnerships and business development, with a proven track record of winning significant five and six-figure partnerships. You do not need to have experience at the 'Head of' level, but you should have an affinity with the charity sector rather than extensive direct experience.
