The Role
As a Service Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of a highly performing, County Wide service that makes a tangible difference to the lives of those it works with. You will lead a small team to develop evidence-based services aimed at empowering people within the travelling community to access a wide range of services and sustain positive change. The role will be based in one of our existing offices in the Chelmsford, Colchester, Basildon or Harlow areas.  There can be flexibility around the location, but travel will be required across all areas to ensure effective service delivery.

Previous experience in the field is desirable but not essential. We are seeking dedicated individuals, based on your values, willingness to learn new skills and the compassion to deliver the best service possible to the people that use our services
