Job description

Painswick Rococo Garden is looking for a well-organised, natural communicator with project and horticultural experience to join the team in a brand-new role, bringing the benefits of gardening to people who may not previously have had access to it.

Working 24 hours per week, the successful candidate will work with our friendly team of staff and volunteers to develop and run a community outreach gardening programme in our gorgeous 18th century garden.  The postholder will be able to enthuse, energise and educate, and will be comfortable building and maintaining excellent relationships with community groups and individuals including neurodivergent young people.
