We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate, brilliant woman to join our Senior Leadership Team as our Business Manager and be a vital part of our success in delivering vital services to survivors of sexual violence.

You will be responsible for ensuring that OSARCC has the appropriate organisational finance, HR and IT systems in place to deliver its present and evolving objectives.

This role would be ideal for someone who is:

  • A dynamic motivated leader with significant experience of financial systems, HR, IT & Strategy
  • Able to identify opportunities for innovation and business development
  • Able to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and ages
  • Passionate about supporting survivors of sexual violence
