Director of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking an experienced, strategic and dynamic leader to join the team as Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the commercial sales and marketing initiatives.

Position: Director of Sales and Marketing

Location: Edinburgh/Hybrid

Hours: Full Time

Salary: Circa £48k - £58k per annum depending on experience, plus some great benefits

Contract: Permanent

The Role

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing brand presence, and expanding global market reach. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative sales strategies, acquiring and managing high-profile clients, and positioning the organisation at the forefront of the industry.

About You

With a proven track record in B2B sales and with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, you will have strong experience in strategic marketing, digital marketing, and brand development.

An exceptional leader with a background in managing and mentoring teams, you will have the ability to analyse market trends and drive business development through your excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

You will also have proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
