Large national charity of c£20m annual turnover delivering commissioned health services from various locations across England.
We are seeking a senior qualified finance professional who will work with SMT colleagues and other senior managers to contribute the wider strategic leadership of the charity. With the complexity and vagaries of the commissioned funding model, charity sector experience is considered essential and working with commissioners is highly desirable.
The scope of responsibilities encompasses IT and the other corporate governance imperatives around risk, insurances, business continuity. The charity operates services from premises that it owns so experience of managing the financial and contractual requirements associated with facilities and an estate would be a ‘nice-to-have’ but it is by no means essential.
