Team Manager - Westminster Area

We are looking for a Team Manager to lead a service providing specialist support for clients with complex needs, including substance use, mental health, and rough sleeping.

Temporary Position: 1-2 months (potential extension)
Hours: 37.5 week (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM)
Rate: £17.28 - 18.68 + holiday pay

As a leader, you will manage 4-5 staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, overseeing support plans, and maintaining housing standards. Experience in managing complex cases and staff within a recovery-focused framework is essential.
