Five billion people live without access to safe and affordable surgery, and yet 44% live within 100 miles of a port city. Mercy Ships’ respond to this need through its hospital ships, which provide hope and healing to 2.8 million patients. We follow the 2,000-year-old model of Jesus, bringing transformation where it is most urgently needed.
We are seeking a relational and strategic Executive Director to lead our UK charity. You will have a track record of growing income, designing and implementing strategy, and enjoy working in international teams. You will partner with the UK Board, leveraging their expertise in major donor fundraising and international development as we seek to realise our ambitions for growth.
