Job description

 

The role:

A position has become available for a part time Executive Assistant to join our friendly team based in Southampton. The main purpose of the role is to support the CEO and manage the day-to-day operation of our office in Southampton.This is an interesting position with occasional travel in the UK.  The successful applicant will need to have excellent communications and interpersonal skills as well as sound organisational and administrative skills, including IT literacy and the ability to prioritise tasks, as necessary.   If you are experienced, then this is a perfect opportunity to join a fantastic company that is passionate about seafarers’ welfare.
