Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week

Our Retail Manager role offers a fantastic opportunity for you to build on your existing retail experience and commercial thinking to create an inviting, minimalistic shop which encourages environmentally friendly sales and promotes excellent customer service.

What we are looking for:
- Solid experience working in a retail role in a fast paced environment
- Experience of cash handling and financial management procedures (including completion of sales records)
- Good organisational and leadership skills with the ability to prioritise workload and balance competing demands
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with tact and discretion
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of using various Social Media channels
- Knowledge of fashion and use of Social Media is desirable
- Team management experience would be an advantage
