Role title: Individual Giving Assistant
Salary: £21,445 per annum
Hours/Contract: Permanent 35 hours per week
Based: UK Flexible/Home based

The Individual Giving team is recruiting two Assistants to join our successful, friendly and supportive Mass Fundraising department, and contributing towards income targets of £60m a year.
The Individual Giving team are responsible for the planning and delivery of Marie Curie's raffle, lottery, stewardship and cash programmes, which are delivered across direct mail, email, telemarketing, DRTV and digital adverts. We have one Assistant role in the Prize Led team, and one in the Appeals team, but both roles will work across Individual Giving to support a wide range of activity.

What we are looking for:
- Some experience in the charity sector or in a customer service or administrative role
- A motivated problem solver, an excellent communicator, looking to make a difference, eager to grow and expand your knowledge of fundraising and the charity sector
- A keen interest in building a career in fundraising

As an Individual Giving Assistant, your role will be to provide administrative, operational and marketing support for a range of activities across the year. You'll be responsible for the accurate, efficient and compliant administration of our gaming products, as well as managing fulfilment and supporter responses for our direct mail programmes. You'll be a touchstone for internal and external queries, and responsible for managing the team's purchase orders and invoices for all activity. This is a great role giving you the opportunity to develop a knowledge of marketing insights and its application to Fundraising, as well as customer support and project management skills
