Data Officer - CRM

Reporting to and the Senior Data Officer - CRM and working alongside the Senior Data Officer - Selections & Journeys, you will be part of an expanding Data team, taking on new responsibilities and challenges to support the Fundraising team. Reporting to and the Senior Data Officer - CRM and working alongside the Senior Data Officer - Selections & Journeys, you will be part of an expanding Data team, taking on new responsibilities and challenges to support the Fundraising team. 

You will have experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM and of providing database support to internal stakeholders. You will be comfortable working with large datasets; importing, exporting and analysing data and have strong communication skills to provide quality first-line support to the users.
