Enterprise Manager

This is a unique opportunity to manage our enterprise hub called Tottenham Green Enterprise Centre (TGEC) and to be involved in the support at our site in Enfield, Angel Yard. 

The enterprise hubs host an incubation programme which includes subsidised space, business support, mentoring and guidance and a programme of prestart enterprise support, business training and events and which focus largely on young people. 

This role involves continuing to manage the hub locally and creating a hive of enterprise activity, premises management and client recruitment and support. The right candidate must be a self-starter and able to work on their own. They must have excellent people skills, enterprise knowledge and be able to develop and support the young people we are working with as well as developing local partnerships. They will be expected to meet targets including building occupancy, increased survival, and prosperity of the businesses in their charge. Ultimately this exciting role is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable person who is able to offer great opportunities for young start-ups in Tottenham who engage with Launch It. 

Please be aware this is a hybrid role. You will be expected to manage your time over your working days focusing on business support and building management at Tottenham Green Enterprise Centre for three days one week and four days the next week.

There is also an expectation that you will work on a rotational basis every other Saturday covering our site in Enfield Angel Yard as well as making yourself available for special events when they are running at Angel Yard on Saturdays.

This is a role that needs to be based on site with few opportunities for home working unless agreed in advance.
