About Us:

Role Overview:

As an International Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in our online Christian relationship courses. You will provide invaluable support, encouragement, and guidance to participants, helping them navigate the complexities of relationships while drawing on biblical principles. Your insights and experience will inspire participants to foster strong, loving connections that enhance their lives and the lives of those around them.

Key Responsibilities:

· Mentoring: Provide one-on-one or group support to course participants, offering encouragement, advice, and accountability as they progress through the curriculum.

· Facilitation: Assist in facilitating online discussions and workshops, fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.

· Resource Sharing: Share relevant biblical teachings, materials, and resources that enhance the learning experience.

· Feedback: Gather and share participant feedback to help improve course content and delivery.

· Community Building: Help cultivate a sense of community among participants, encouraging connection and relationship-building through the course structure.

Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of Christian teachings, principles, and values.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

· Previous experience in mentoring, coaching, or teaching is a plus.

· Compassionate, patient, and a good listener with a desire to support others.

· Familiarity with technology and online communication platforms.

· An awareness of the mission and vision of Project Yananai related to adult education and poverty alleviation.
