Job description
VAS is looking for an experienced Director of Operations to join our leadership team. We’re looking for a collaborative leader who can develop and support teams across VAS to deliver our purpose for the sector and the city.
The Director of Operations will oversee the efficiency and impact of daily operations, ensuring that our programs, finances, people, and resources align with our purpose, priorities and values. The Director of Operations will play a key role in ensuring the viability of the organisation, specifically overseeing strategic finance, HR, operational systems, developing programme management and leading our priority 5 ambition
