Are you an experienced operations leader looking to make a real difference in people's lives? Relate Mid & East Surrey, the trusted name in relationship support across the region, is searching for an Operations and Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our impactful charity.

Our team is the heart of our success. You’ll be working alongside:
• 2 clinical supervisors
• 20 skilled counsellors
• 1 dedicated mediator
• 9 friendly receptionists
• 3 committed office staff and management
• Teams of volunteers
About the Role
As our Operations and Services Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our services run smoothly and effectively. This senior position requires a hands-on leader with a knack for problem-solving, a passion for making an impact, and a collaborative approach to team management.
You’ll oversee the operational backbone of our charity, managing administrative systems, leading support staff, and coordinating our reception volunteers to deliver a seamless client experience.

• A proven track record in operational and administrative management, preferably in a client-focused or charitable environment.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and support a team of dedicated staff and volunteers.
• A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving and day-to-day management.
• A genuine passion for Relate’s mission to support and strengthen relationships.

This is a part-time role for 25 hours per week, working across both our Epsom and Reigate centres, and some home working.
Salary £22,857 - £25,000 per annum, depending on skills on experience (based on a full-time salary of £32,000 - £35,000)
