Job description

We want a world where no one dies from hunger. Life-threatening hunger is predictable, preventable and treatable. Join Action Against Hunger and together we will stop it in its tracks.

Action Against Hunger is an optimistic, inspiring place to work. We want passionate and dedicated people to help build a better world. We’re a creative team made up of people with a wide range of talents, styles and expertise. But we are united in our relentless dedication to end world hunger.  No challenge is too big. With you we can do it.  Join us.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Partnerships to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract to oversee our high performing and high potential Corporate Partnerships team. We are known in the sector for our partnerships with hospitality, retail and for our global partnership with IHG. Our unparalleled expertise and track record fighting hunger and malnutrition makes us a brilliant partner for any company looking to engage customers and staff and further their ESG and CSR goals. This is reflected in our portfolio of long-standing existing partners and retention rates, and the fact we’ve brokered 3 x new multi-year, high value partnerships in the last 6 months alone.

You would lead a motivated and experienced team split across new business and account management; and join a collaborative and growth-orientated Senior Leadership Team that has overseen record increases in income, supporter numbers and engagement in the past 12 months. As a member of the Disaster’s Emergency Committee we benefit from close collaboration with 14 of the biggest and best charities working on humanitarian disasters, and as one of seven fundraising offices for Action Against Hunger across the world, you would be joining a global movement in the fight against hunger.

This is your opportunity to get great experience, in a team that’s going places, and to make a life-changing difference to families and communities across the world. We would love to hear from you if you’re interested in joining us.
