As our Learning and Development Administrator Volunteer your role will help us to make this a reality by supporting the development, and delivery of employee learning programmes, aimed at fostering a culture of continuous learning.
This is a home-based role and we are looking for a volunteer who can commit to 6-8 hours per week between Tuesday and Thursday on a consistent and reliable basis - the role has been listed as permanent however this is a voluntary role only. The individual will ideally have previous experience of Learning and Development within a HR function or is keen to gain experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of using learning management systems and/or Moodle, be able to operate relevant IT applications including Microsoft Office, have experience of working under pressure and to deadlines and have access to a personal laptop and homeworking space.
