Trauma Treatment International (TTI) is a registered charity in the UK. Our focus and expertise is in providing evidence-based psychological treatment and support to victims of collective violence around the world. Our aim is to treat victims directly as well as support organisations that work with victims, in order to mitigate the impact of trauma exposure on the workforce.

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior team, we are looking for a Business Support and Operations Officer to take full ownership of a wide range of business, infrastructure and operational transactional activities during a period of exciting growth at our high- impact international trauma treatment charity.
The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining and further developing the internal systems, working policies and processes for Trauma Treatment International (TTI), to enable the organisation to work with partners around the world to end trauma.
As part of a small and dedicated team you will manage and implement key infrastructure projects and provide essential support to the effective internal operation of the charity. With a wide-ranging and varied mandate, this role will best suit someone comfortable with taking ownership, administering day-to-day tasks and activities, ensuring compliance and good governance and risk management, all combined to supporting the organisation to operate efficiently and effectively across internal teams and through external suppliers. You will provide governance support to our Board including preparation of Board papers and organisation of Board meetings.
The post requires excellent project management skills, the ability to manage competing demands and a ‘no job too small’ mentality. The ideal candidate will be an assertive, methodical but empathetic, highly driven and digital savvy team player with a hands-on, process driven mindset. Experience of working in a small, busy organisation in a role that impacts and interacts with multiple functions will be essential as well as previous financial administration experience including logging and tracking of invoices.
