In this role you will have a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of positive change through the provision of evidence-based trauma treatment and support, around the UK and world. We encourage independent thinking and an ambition for societal change to create a world free of the trauma caused by collective violence.

As part of a small and dedicated team you will manage and implement key infrastructure projects and provide essential support to the effective internal operation of the charity.  With a wide-ranging and varied mandate, this role will best suit someone comfortable with taking ownership, administering day-to-day tasks and activities, ensuring compliance and good governance and risk management, all combined to supporting the organisation to operate efficiently and effectively across internal teams and through external suppliers. You will provide governance support to our Board including preparation of Board papers and organisation of Board meetings.

The post requires excellent project management skills, the ability to manage competing demands and a ‘no job too small’ mentality. Experience of working in a small, busy organisation in a role that impacts and interacts with multiple functions will be essential as well as previous financial administration experience including logging and tracking of invoices.
