Job description

The organisation:

We are incredibly excited to be working with a pioneering health charity who are seeking an Interim Corporate Partnerships Consultant to join the team for 3-6 months. You will be an experienced leader, with an enthusiastic approach to building longterm, strategic partnerships. You will coach and direct team members to cultivate and steward high-value, transformational corporate partnerships that make a significant difference for the charity’s beneficiaries.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for overseeing the development and management of strategic partnerships that deliver the best possible value and revenue for the charity
  • Leads a team of Corporate Partnership Managers and Executives to deliver the highest standards of innovative and engaging stewardship and to develop pipelines and secure new partnerships
  • The postholder will also work collaboratively across the charity to drive a professional, purpose driven and strategic approaches to corporate engagement that aligns with their objectives and mission.
  • Oversee all partnerships, applying organisation wide engagement and co-ordination to ensure single points of accountability, and to develop strong internal relationships to ensure the team’s strategic approach aligns with other teams
  • To inspire the team to deliver against ambitious plans by introducing new ways of working to integrate management of each relationship
  • To lead the financial planning for the team and monitor team plans, budgets and resources, reporting significant variations and revising plans to ensure targets are met.
  • To develop a prospect pipeline of corporate partners that underpins strategic and financial plans.

 

Person specification:

  • Experienced corporate fundraiser with a track record of working on strategic partnerships
  • Strong leadership experience with an ability to manage teams through change
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Creative and persuasive skills for designing innovative fundraising initiatives
  • Capacity to work with teams and stakeholders across the organisation in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial setting

 

What's on offer:

This role is offering a day rate of £375-£425 Ltd for 3 days a week or £275-£300 Ltd for 4 days a week, PAYE is also possible. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week in their London office. This is a fast moving role and applications will close as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
