Are you passionate about education and dedicated to making a difference in the world?
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of Education Services to lead our education initiatives aimed at empowering individuals socially and breaking the cycle of poverty globally. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in shaping educational policies and programs that uplift communities and give individuals confidence lead purposeful lives.

At Project Yananai, as a Christian organisation, we believe that education is the most powerful tool for combating poverty. Targeted courses are helping to shape family units around the world. With projects in several countries overseas, our mission is to provide equitable access to quality adult education particularly in underserved communities. Together, we can inspire change and create a brighter future for generations to come.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive adult education strategy that aligns with our mission and addresses the unique needs of diverse communities.
  • Program Development: Design innovative, scalable educational programs and interventions that enhance learning outcomes and foster critical thinking whilst promoting sustainable enterprise.
  • Partnership Building: Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with governments, NGOs, and local organizations to expand our reach and impact.
  • Advocacy and Influence: Identify key policy issues affecting adult education and advocate for systemic change at local, national, and international levels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a passionate team of education professionals, mentors, coordinators and volunteers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Impact Measurement: Establish metrics for assessing the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, ensuring we maximize our impact and continuously learn from our experiences.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Educator: You have a proven track record in education program management, curriculum development, or educational policy, with at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
  • Visionary Thinker: You possess a deep understanding of global education challenges and a passion for innovative solutions that address these issues.
  • Cultural Competence: You have the ability to navigate and respect diverse cultures, tailoring programs that resonate with local communities while maintaining a global perspective.
  • Collaborative Leader: You thrive in a team environment and have a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others towards a common goal.
  • Advocate for Change: Your strong communication and advocacy skills enable you to effectively influence stakeholders and drive systemic improvements in education.
