Position Overview: As the Head of Legal, Human Resources, and Administration, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational framework and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. You will lead a diverse team, driving strategic HR initiatives while overseeing administrative processes that enable our mission to thrive. Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Leadership: Provide expert legal counsel and guidance on regulatory compliance, contracts, risk management, and governance issues across all facets of our operations.
  • Human Resources Stewardship: Design and implement innovative HR strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Administrative Excellence: Oversee the administration function to ensure streamlined operations, effective resource management, and enhancement of organizational efficiency.
  • Policy Development: Develop and enforce policies that promote ethical conduct, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives, board members, and external partners to support our mission and enhance our organizational strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified lawyer with a strong background in legal and regulatory compliance. Previous experience in the non-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Extensive experience in human resources management, including talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
