Job description

What does the role involve?

  • Manage various campaigns to promote the Centre as required
  • Manage social media channels including ideally managing the social media paid campaigns
  • Responsible for preparing and distributing the bi-annual Print Newsletter
  • Responsible for keeping the Centre’s website update to date
  • Coordinate with the Designer volunteers on the design of various posters, brochures, social media posts and newsletter as required
  • Create the fortnightly digital newsletter
  • Liaise with marketing partners in the communities to promote various events and activities.

What you need to have?

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT systems including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with email marketing software
  • Experience of working in a similar role and environment
  • Strong organisational skills & ability to multi-task
  • Be an enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable team player
  • Previous marketing experience will be ideal
