HEAD OF FINANCE

The Head of Finance role is a key senior position in our nation-wide student ministry, which seeks to reach every student with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in senior finance roles and will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) with up-to-date CPD. Your remit is to oversee the financial aspects of UCCF, including budgeting, financial reporting, audit processes, and regulatory compliance. You will manage the Accounts Team, ensuring a professional, customer service-focused, and capable team. You will also provide strategic financial policy advice and ensure the financial commitments of UCCF are met.

About you:

• A strong background in finance and accountancy, with relevant qualifications.
• Proven experience in strategic financial management and team leadership.
• Experiance in budgeting, management accounts, and financial reporting. 
• A commitment to the values and mission of UCCF, including being a believer in Jesus Christ.
• The ability to sign assent to the UCCF Doctrinal Basis
