Partnership Director

Prospectus is excited to partner with a UK-wide dducation charity in the search for a new Partnership Director. 

This is a permanent position that can be full-time or part-time, with flexible hybrid working arrangements available from various EDT offices across the UK. The salary for this position is £60,000 - £67,000. Please do get in touch to discuss this in more detail.

As the Partnership Director, you will be responsible for developing the charity's UK-wide partnership strategy in line with a new organisational strategy aimed at inspiring over 1 million young people in the next few years. The role will focus on a new corporate approach to grow long-term partnerships with funders, using sector partnerships, social value, and community benefits, and will focus on both bespoke and standard programmes delivered by the charity.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with an ambitious Executive Leadership Team, this role will be key in setting and delivering the income generation strategy and achieving success. You will manage a collaborative team across fundraising and partnerships and will play an external-facing role in developing new strategic partnerships with corporates.

To be successful as the Partnership Director, you will have proven experience in securing strategic, multi-year partnerships from a variety of corporate businesses and sectors, as well as being a confident ambassador for your organisation. You will be an experienced leader with a proven ability to develop new propositions and partnership strategies, empowering your team to work towards ambitious goals.
