198 CAL is seeking new trustees who can help drive the organisation into the future. This is an exciting time to join us following the acquisition and expansion of our new building. You will make a difference by supporting our aspiration is to serve as a national beacon of artistic excellence, pushing creative boundaries and providing a platform for under-represented artists, communities, and cultures.

We are looking for committed and experienced people who are interested in the work that we do and who can add value to the organisation, specifically with fundraising and finance experience. 

We are inviting new Trustees to help us thrive in the challenging funding environment to ensure a stable and sustainable future, while remaining relevant and innovative, building on over 36 years of success and impact in the arts,

We hope that you will want to join with us in making a difference to people’s lives.

This position will suit those interested in the arts, creative and cultural industries, community cohesion and diversity issues who have functional management skills with experience of decision making.
